Kidney donation

I received a call from a man at around 2:00 AM one night and he was asking what he would need to do to donate his kidney. He didn't know anyone at the hospital and didn't have anyone specific he wanted to donate his kidney to. He just decided late one night that he wanted to donate his kidney to anyone who would take it.
