Dentistologist

Caller: I need Dr. Doe in Dentist.
Me: Um, Dr. Doe is in Neurology. Do you need Neurology or Dental.
Caller: (spoken slowly and as if to a deaf 3 year old) I need DOCTOR DOE in DENTIST.
Me: I'm sorry ma'am Dr. Doe is a neurologist. She takes care of the brain. A dentist takes care of teeth. Which department do you need, brain or teeth?
Caller: You are mistaken. The brain is in the head and the head is attached to the jaw and a dentist takes care of the jaw, THEREFORE, a dentistologist takes care of the entire head. You really need to learn your job better, or at least the body's parts. Now transfer me to Dr. Doe in DENTIST.

Luckily, I got this lovely lady back after Dental told her Dr. Doe was not a "dentistologist".
